My name is Garry Muir, I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist running my practice from Narellan (Narellan Hypnotherapy) in south west Sydney, Australia.

Through Hypnotherapy techniques given in the CD, relaxation suggestions will be given to your subconscious mind to relax every part of your body, to teach your mind to relax, playing the CD as many times as you need in the privacy of your own home to really find daily relaxation.
Many self hypnosis CD's purchased are from companies, not from a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist like myself, using many of the Hypnotherapy techniques I have learnt and practised over many years.
They are all personal recordings by myself, not by various people when you purchase from a company.
