My name is Garry Muir, I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist running my practice from Narellan (Narellan Hypnotherapy) in south west Sydney, Australia.
Learning to ride a horse. A wonderful animal!! I have helped many horse riders over the years to achieve their horse riding goals. This is a general confidence and motivation CD for all young riders starting out and for many people returning to horse riding in middle age, allowing you to let go of your anxieties when riding, and relax, and enjoy the fun of horse riding, finding that mutual trust between yourself and your horse, putting you in complete control of you both, through your subconscious mind, riding as one together.
Many self hypnosis CD's purchased are from companies, not from a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist like myself, using many of the Hypnotherapy techniques I have learnt and practised over many years.
They are all personal recordings by myself, not by various people when you purchase from a company.
